Aims

There are two main aims of a History syllabus in a school:-

• To help students to form a sense of their own personal identity through their learning about the development of Britain, Europe and the World.
• To introduce students to what is involved in understanding and interpreting the past.

• September 2007 - GCSE Warkworth field study
• Christmas 2007 - GCSE Coursework completion for Year 11
• July 2008 GCSE Coursework completion for Year 10
